About Us

Our Story

We are a husband-wife duo with a wide array of complementary skills -- farming, music, gerontology, carpentry, machining, autobody, and more. Our last name is Armstrong, which is why we call our Farmstrong.

Mrs. Armstrong (singer-songwriter Emma Tyme) grew up working alongside her family on this farm when it was a dairy farm. The land has been in her family since 1992. Mr. Armstrong grew up in the suburbs of Rochester, NY, and spent the last 10 years working for a family-owned machine shop. Mr. and Mrs. Armstrong met in 2022 and married in 2024.

We value self-sufficiency, and we know many of our neighbors do, too. We know that self-sufficiency requires good friends and neighbors, so we want to be good friends and neighbors by filling a niche in our community with our essential goods and services.

We know that our time on Earth is limited, so we want to make it count and leave this farm and this community in better shape than we found it. And that, friends and neighbors, is regenerative agriculture.
